Large language models are all the rage. We will be presenting on large language models and how they came to be, the backend technologies and the advantages and disadvantages. We are honored to have Dr Somesh Jha, a UW CS professor and member of the Langroid group presenting to MadAI.
Speaker: Dr Somesh Jha
Dr Jha's main areas of interests are at the intersection of security and formal methods (FM). Currently his active interests are in adversarial machine learning (AML) and privacy.
He has a peripheral interest in several topics (e.g. computational finance), but I have not been actively involved in the area for a several years.
