Do you want to show up to this event present, collected, ready to learn and excited to collaborate?

Take time for yourself! Your well-being matters and positively impacts those around you.

During this one-hour yoga and meditation practice hosted by Breathe for Change, you'll be lead through a brief meditation followed by an asana practice. All are welcome!

Feel free to come in whatever you are comfortable wearing - yoga clothes are not required! Please bring your own mat - we'll have a few extras for those who don't have them!
